The ABBA
Criminal Practice Section provides information, education and training for
attorneys whose practices include criminal law. The ABBA Criminal
Practice Section sponsors Continuing Legal Education programs for
ABBA members. The ABBA Criminal Practice Section acts as a bench-bar liaison with the courts of
the Seventeenth Judicial District to promote an effective method to
resolve procedural issues related to case management by making
certain that attorneys are kept current with respect to the
requirements of the court in the handling of criminal cases.
ABBA Criminal Practice Section CLE The ABBA's Criminal Practice Section will be sponsoring a Continuing Legal Education presentation by Abe Hutt. The topic is "Out of the Frying Pan and Into the Fire: Collateral Consequences of Criminal Cases" The presentation will be on Friday, February 24, 2012 at Noon at the Adams County Government Center, Conference Center, Platte Valley River Room B, 4430 South Adams County Parkway, Brighton, Colorado. The CLE only is $10.00 and the CLE with lunch is $20.00 ( your choice of steak, chicken or veggie burrito from Qdoba). Space is limited to the first fifty people.
