Section Chair |
The ABBA Probate Law Section was organized in the Fall of 2005 with a focus on one hour CLE approved luncheon programs. The emphasis has been on estate planning, probate administration and litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, and non-probate transfers. We are open to adding other related areas of practice. |
